Kennt ihr das auch?! Ihr seid ständig erschöpft, weil euer Kopf am Abend nicht aufhört, Listen zu erstellen? Ihr kommt nicht zur Ruhe, sondern überlegt, welche Aufgabe als nächstes ansteht?
Inzwischen gibt es einen Begriff für diesen Zutsand: „mental load“.
In einem sehr spannenden Gespräch im Rahmen von elternweb2go des Forum Katholischer Erwachsenenbildung in Österrich habe ich mit Katja Ratheiser wichtige Fragen zu diesem Thema diskutiert.
