Das Thema des beruflichen Wiedereinstiegs ist vor allem für Mütter ein sehr herausforderndes. Viele Fragen stehen an – organisatorisch und emotional.
Auf der Seite https://www.eltern-bildung.at findet ihr gerade aktuell viele Informationen zu diesem Thema.


Ich durfte mich in diesem Zusammenhang mit den Auswirkungen des Wiedereinstiegs in Hinblick auf Mental Load beschäftigen. Denn durch diesen Lebensabschnitt fällt nicht eine Aufgabe in der Familie weg, es kommen viele neue dazu. Daher ist es wichtig, sich rechtzeitig damit auseinanderzusetzen.
