Gemeinsam mit Julia Dahmen habe ich einen Podcast in der Reihe „Familie leben“ des Don Bosco-Magazins zum Thema „Stressfreies Essen“ gestaltet.

Familien haben die Vorstellung eines gemeinsamen Familienessens, das Zeit gibt, sich auszutauschen. Und doch ist es oft eine sehr stressige Situation.

Wir haben in unserem Gespräch genau dies betrachtet und uns mit der Frage beschäftigt, welche Möglichkeiten es gibt, den Druck aus der Situation zu nehmen und diese Zeit für alle Beteiligten angenehm zu gestalten.
